  • When can I schedule a showing?

    Please contact us to schedule a showing. Please list the dates and times that work best for you and we will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

  • How much is the application fee?

    Applications fees are $55 for each adult 18 years or older. 

  • Who needs to fill out an application?

    Any adult 18 years and older,  will fill out an application and pay the non-refundable application fee.

  • Do you run background checks?

    Yes. As part of your rental application, we will be requesting background checks from TransUnion that include a criminal, eviction, and credit history. 


    If you have any concerns about what may be on the background check, please discuss this with us prior to paying for the rental application.

  • What kind of documentation is required after I apply?

    After your application is conditionally approved, you will need to provide proof of income if applicable. Including 3 months of pay stubs, 3 months of bank statements, and a current state ID.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Yes. The amount varies based on the market rent and your overall profile.  Security depsoits can be up to 2 months of the proposed rent 

  • Do you accept pets?

    The acceptance of pets varies depending on the unit. If a unit accepts pets, there may be a monthly pet fee. 

  • How long is the lease term?

    Lease terms with PHA are typically 2 years with an option to renew.  

  • How quickly can I move in?

    The move in date is based on the time line proposed by PHA. It can be anywhere from 3-5 weeks. 

  • Why should I rent with you?

  • How often is rent due and how can I pay it?

    Rent is due monthly usually on the 1st of each month. 


    Depending on the property, you may be able to pay rent automatically online through credit card, debit card, or ACH (eCheck wire transfer).


    One-time payments may also be available in your tenant portal.
